How long will it take to find out if my application is approved?
Once all application paperwork is completed, an application is approved or denied within 24 hours.
What is the required security deposit?
The security deposit is based on credit. Standard approval is a $500 refundable security deposit and conditional approval requires a refundable one month's rent security deposit.
What is Sure Deposit?
SureDeposit is a program that allows residents to move in for less money up front than a traditional security deposit would require. Instead of paying a standard refundable security deposit of $500 or one month’s rent, the resident has the option to pay a non-refundable premium of $131.25 for standard approval or $175 non-refundable + $300 refundable for conditional approval. This non-refundable premium, purchases a surety bond that provides protection to the management company in the event that the resident moves out owing money or damages.
What does the restoration fee cover?
The $180 restoration fee reserves your apartment during the application process and becomes a non-refundable restoration fee at move in. At move out, the restoration fee covers the carpet cleaning, and basic apartment cleaning. The restoration fee does not cover damage caused by pets.
Do you allow pets?
