  • 1st Floor: 100 lbs | 2nd & 3rd Floor: 60 lbs
  • 1 pet ( pet rent and fees apply )
  • 2 pet ( pet rent and fees apply )
  • Reptiles (restricted breeds) , Rodents (including ferrets), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, American and Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamute, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Mastiff, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrids, unless used as a service animal. This includes mixed breed dogs with one or more of the aforementioned breeds.

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour. 

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

  • What are your office hours?

    Salem Wood Apartments is open:


    • Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:00pm
    • Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm (By appointment only)
    • Closed on Sunday.
  • What is the required security deposit?

    Our standard deposit is a refundable $500. If approved with conditions, a refundable $500 security deposit plus a non-refundable $175 Sure Deposit will be required.

  • What does the restoration fee cover?

    The Application Deposit reserves your apartment during the application process which will become the Non-Refundable Restoration Fee upon the commencement date of the Lease. At move out, the Restoration Fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment. This will not cover excessive costs incurred for cleaning or damages.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Do you allow pets?

    We are a pet-friendly property with a one-time pet fee non-refundable pet fee due at move-in and a monthly pet rent per pet will be applied. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Please contact property for more information.

  • Which utilities are included?

    Salem Wood Apartments residents pay a monthly flat rate utility fee. This fee covers water, sewer, and trash removal.  The residents are responsible for electricity and cable/internet/phone services

  • Who provides telephone, internet and cable?

    Comcast/Xfinity provide cable, internet, and telephone service for Salem Wood Apartments.

  • What school district are you in?

    We are in the Salem City School District:


    Elementary School – South Salem

    Middle School – Andrew Lewis Middle

    High School – Salem High

  • How many parking spaces does each resident receive?

    Residents are allowed 2 spaces per apartment.  We do not have assigned parking, nor do we have parking stickers or guest passes. Thankfully, Salem Wood Apartments has always had ample amounts of parking, so parking is on a first come first serve basis.

  • How far are you from public transportation?

    Valley Metro services our area. The closest stop is about a 10th of a mile from the property.

  • What amenities does Salem Wood offer?

    Salem Wood offers a swimming pool, playground, basketball and sand volleyball court, walking/jogging trail, Picnic area with grills, clubhouse for private parties, and a car wash area.
